Possible Faulty parts 

– Any of the internal parts could be damaged. It is not possible to identify them at this stage.

Trading the bidet in and get a new one, or sending the bidet back for repair is the only option in this case.

  1. Send quote or invoice as per customer request.
  2. If parts required are not clear speak with technician
  3. Collect customer details.
  4. Create/Open the ACT file
  5. Create a new History Note for the Current call
