Possible Fix

1)The first step will be trying to tight the connections. In case it doesn’t work lets replace the faulty parts.

2) If leaking from the connection leading to the toilet cistern, most likely you will just need to contact your plumber.

3) Many times releasing the White Plastic Pipe, Cutting Off 2 cm of it and re-plugging it, could fix the leakage.

Some other part might need replaced depending on where it is leaking from. If leaking from a connection, both the joined parts might need to be replaced. Sending photos can help to identify the damaged parts

 

Remember: all the plumbing parts come with O-Rings and they do not require Plumbing tape.

Remember: We do not supply spare O-Rings or similar, just the whole part.

– Filter holder
– C-Clip
– T-piece
– Hose (Braided or White plastic)

  1. Send quote or invoice as per customer request.
  2. If parts required are not clear speak with technician
  3. Collect customer details.
  4. Create/Open the ACT file
  5. Create a new History Note for the Current call
