Possible Fix

1) In case the filter is not properly installed, the water might not go through it or leak. Make sure that the filter is fully locked and that it is installed in the right direction.

Some other part might need replaced depending on where it is leaking from. If leaking from a connection, both the joined parts might need to be replaced. Sending photos can help to identify the damaged parts

Remember: All the plumbing parts come with O-Rings and they do not require Plumbing Tape.

Remember: We do not supply spare O-Rings or similar, just the whole part.

  1. Send quote or invoice as per customer request.
  2. If parts required are not clear speak with technician
  3. Collect customer details.
  4. Create/Open the ACT file
  5. Create a new History Note for the Current call
