I want to order a specific part

Nozzle sprays a full cycle but does not come out.

Possible Faulty parts –
– Nozzle Assembly
– Nozzle Flap (if available)

  1. Send quote or invoice as per customer request.
  2. If parts required are not clear speak with technician
  3. Collect customer details.
  4. Create/Open the ACT file
  5. Create a new History Note for the Current call
