Cases and posible fix:

1. If the nozzle is loose and when you try to push it In, it just falls out again. the nozzle is broken and need replaced.
2. Switch The power off, In case there are two Nozzles, push in deeply first the nozzle that is already inside the until until it doesn’t go any further, The nozzle might move 1 cm and you might hear a click. Now you can push deep inside the unit the nozzle that is sticking out.
