Make sure once again the both bidet and remote have been simultaneously started with the Power Button if applicable. you can try with both the button on the remote or the one on the unit body. (BA15, BA 13, BA80, INTELL. PLUS, N-2000 ) A beeping sound should tell you when the unit turn ON and OFF
Only BA08 remote can be turned ON and OFF. For the other models just the bidet can be turned OFF
