Seat sensor deactivated. The Seat is damaged and we suggest to replace it even if the bidet is now working

It seems there are faulty components inside the unit. It is not possible to identify which part is faulty. Even by replacing the suggested components, the bidet might have more damaged parts that can not be assessed at this stage. With the “order your parts” option you will lose your warranty on the bidet and on the new part that are getting replaced. The best option is to send the unit bench to our repair facility.
