The noise might be just the Deodorizer Fan. For many models, the Deodorizer Fan activate automatically every time the seat sensor gets activated. His cycle usually last for about 2 minutes and then it stops.
Other noise might be warning of a malfunction. Sending a video would help to identify and confirm the problem.
It seems there are faulty components inside the unit. It is not possible to identify which part is faulty. Even by replacing the suggested components, the bidet might have more damaged parts that can not be assessed at this stage.
