One or more internal parts are damaged and need replaced. Most likely is just the Solenoid to be damaged.

It seems there are faulty components inside the unit. It is not possible to identify which part is faulty. Even by replacing the suggested components, the bidet might have more damaged parts that can not be assessed at this stage. With the “order your parts” option you will lose your warranty on the bidet and on the new part that are getting replaced.
