Automatic Lid seat Opening or Closing system not working

 

Many times, even if not visible, parts inside the unit need to be replaced. Damper motors, Damper Module, Seat, Lid and Top Case might be damaged as well.

 

Even by replacing the suggested components, the bidet might have more damaged parts that can not be assessed at this stage. With the “order your parts” option you will lose your warranty on the bidet and on the new part that are getting replaced. The best option is to send the unit bach to our repair facility.
