Bidet slides on the toilet pan
- Tight the screws and check that the bidet is plugged in correctly by sliding it off and putting it beck on. Make sure the bidet Casing has at list 2 mm from the wall or the pan cistern to ensure that the bidet slides all the way in in to the base plate till locked.
- In case there is a Spacer or a Raiser between the bidet and the toilet pan, and you have Extra-long Bottom Fixing Bolts, those might spin in some type of sliders like BA08 for example. This makes hard to tight them properly. If this is the case, they will need to be held with a pliers from the bottom thread using a rag to prevent the pliers damages the screw thread. If the spacer is 80 mm make sure that the 2 special stabilizer we provide with the 80mm spacer have been installed.
- In case help is need to disconnect the bidet, follow the manual Instructions for the specific model
