HDB brand changed name in ECO,
The bidet is old since it is still having the old brand. Some parts are the same as the current ECO bidet.
The best option would be to Trade In the bidet. In case the customer wants to try to repair it anyway, it can be trouble shouted as an ECO 1500. However, we might not have the parts needed for the repair.

Bidet average life spend is about 6 years. (8 for Throne). For units equal or older than that, offering a Trade In is always a good option. As per today 04/2026, repairing a bidet that old, that has been quoted for repair over 450 dollars, is often less convenient of buying a new bidet. This mainly because many other part in the bidet are probably at the end of their life too.

Every case could need to be treated slightly differently based on the customer situation, Private Customer, Medical, Under Warranty or Out of Warranty. If needed, ask indications to your manager.
