Guide the customer through settings

Remember:

In case the Spray Pressure is too low, and it has not been possible to adjust the pressure with the normal settings,  make sure there is full water flow at the bidet Water Inlet Connector. Check if the water tap is fully opened and that the filter  is clean and properly installed.

If there is not much water at the bidet water inlet connector, then the problem is either his water line or one of our plumbing parts. many times it is just a closed water tap or a filter not properly installed. In case the check confirmed that there is a good water flow up to where the hose connect in to the bidet, then the problem is definitely  one of the bidet internal parts.
