It seems like your Remote, IR Receiver, or one of the components inside the unit is not working.
You can try to replace just the remote at first, but there are high chances that something inside the bidet might be damaged too.
It seems there are faulty components inside the unit. It is not possible to identify which part is faulty. Even by replacing the suggested components, the bidet might have more damaged parts that can not be assessed at this stage. With the “order your parts” option you will lose your warranty on the bidet and on the new part that are getting replaced. The best option is to send the unit bach to our repair facility.
