Air intensity related
Air intensity and direction can not be adjusted in any way. If you think that there is a real problem, the unit will need to be sent back to our repair facility
The Air Dryer is not meant to dry in a few seconds. It is designed for a genteel and control dry, to avoid skin irritation. For a fully dry result, some time could be needed 2 full drying cycles. Temperature and Air Intensity are calibrated to comply to safety standards.
Guide the customer through the temperature settings as explained in the manual.
