 Even by replacing the suggested components, the bidet might have more damaged parts that can not be assessed at this stage. With the “order your parts” option you will lose your warranty on the bidet and on the new part that are getting replaced (except for Lid and External Fittings).  The best option is alwyse to send the unit back to our repair facility.

Remember:

Many times when the broken part is Seat, Lid, Top Case, or Soft-closing Damper, another part from this list could be broken too, even if not visible.

You can show the photos to a technician to help you to identify the damaged parts.

Ask for photos of the damaged parts to identify the broken components.
